My JS Prom Experience

"JS Prom is one of the most unforgettable moment and one of the best experience that happens during our High School life."
February 19, 2009 in Tupi Municipal gym was the set date and venue of the Tupi National High School's JS Prom. I was there and attended the party.
As I was going to enter the gymnasium, I was nervous but excited and I felt a little bit of shyness because it was my 1st time to wear formal casual dress. But then, I had overcome those shyness when I was already inside the gym. Waterfalls, bubbles, smokes, different colors of balloons and flowers and lastly the red carpet. I had seen these following when I entered the gym. I was amazed because of the attractive decorations. "Wow!" the only expression I had said.
It was late when the program started and it was very hot inside but its ok. While the program was going on, I can't really explain of what I had felt during that time. Maybe, its because of, I will having my speech in front of many people for the 2nd time. In lightning the candle and giving the tokens, I was lucky because I already knew my partner so I felt comfortable. The candle lightning had last atleast one hour. After a while, my heart was pumping very fast because in a minute, I will be holding the microphone and deliver my speech. The time had come and I have to do it. As I was talking in the microphone, I was so nervous but only at first. After I made it, I was so proud to myself because I successfully made it. After how many speeches of different personnels had delivered, finally its dinner time. I don't have any bad experience about the serving of foods. For me, its nice and I loved it. I don't know with the others. After dinner, here we go. Disco time! the most awaited part of the program.
While the disco had started, I was sitting at the side and watched everybody dancing especially in the sweet music. I enjoyed staring at those people who danced with their own partners. I never thought that somebody will danced with me but after a while, it was very surprising when someone came and asked with me to danced. He was my 1st dance. Well, I feel happy because finally I had already my 1st dance. Actually, he was my best enemie before especially when we was in elementary. I felt lucky and happy during that night and I felt that my JS prom night was already completed, it was because of someone special asked me to danced with him. I never expected and imagined that he will be asking for a dance. It was so surprising. So I danced with him but I never talked to him because I was shy and I was still on shocked at that moment. When the music stopped, we also stopped dancing. I had taken my sit and take a rest. I was tired. I danced and danced until the party has ended.
We ended the party as a successful and memorable one. We went home with the happiness in our facws and heart, we went home with the best memories of the Tupi National High School's JS prom2009.
